When it was time to eat, everything went into the canteen cup, whether chow came from the mess hall or out of cans.

(2) each: Molle canteen carriers, 1 liter canteens, SS GI cups, GI stoves, wire bail kits (very optional), tinfoil, silicone lids (thanks Zelph!). Or just take one set for a day hike.
